You're trying to save the galaxy. Why isn't every modern weapon available? Why does everything cost an arm and a leg? Why can't you shamelessly endorse every store for a discount? Puzzling. No matter - mods can fix it.

Every weapon can be purchased in the relevant store as soon as you visit them. No more waiting until endgame to get the Falcon, or the Citadel DLC to get the Lancer. The Collector Rifle is here too. Nearly every item costs 10x less than usual, including weapon upgrades and armors, which paces significantly better with the rate you earn credits. Once you've visited a store on the Citadel, you can freely access its inventory from the Normandy Shuttle Bay without the usual 10% markup.

Q: Can I still pick up weapons on missions for additional ranks if I already bought them?

A: No, but weapon ranks are so cheap you won't care.

Q: Why not make everything free?

A: I think leaving the system intact feels better. Spending 10 minutes spam buying and upgrading is boring. It feels better to shop a bit after every mission.
