LE2 Enemies have more health at Insanity and Shield Gate mechanics (also Armor and Barrier Gate )

Enemies have more health at Insanity difficulty level:

if you ever thought Insanity is not enough then install this.

There are some versions to choose:

• []Insanity2 - enemies have health like another level above Insanity

  []Insanity3 - like 2 levels above Insanity

  []Insanity4 - like 3 levels above Insanity

  []Insanity5 - like 4 levels above Insanity

• Insanity6 - like 5 levels above Insanity

Mod number 2

Shield gate mechanics mod:

Do you like Shield Gate mechanic in ME3 for enemies? With this mod you can turn it on for enemies in ME2 to increase difficulty.

You can also enable Barrier Gate and/or Armour Gate for enemies (gates are at default enabled for Shepard and disabled for enemies ).

Shield gate works like that: if last shot dmg is greater than actual shield points then it will not penetrate health (or armor if enemy have armor ). The same goes for barrier gate. Armor gate works similar (if last shot dmg is greater than actual armor points then it will not penetrate health ).

So for example if enemy have 100 points of health and 10 armor left - and your shot making 70 dmg then with Armor Gate enabled enemy will have 100 health after getting shot (armor when breaking absorb damage ) - and when Armor Gate would be disabled then enemy will remain only 40 health.

Reasons why this is interesting:

-to make game harder

-If you want be more "fair" to enemies (Shepard have all Gates on at default and it can't be disabled )

-If you want game similar to ME3 (in Mass Effect 3 enemies have at default enabled Shield Gate at Insanity difficulty level and partially in Hardcore and Normal )

INSTALLATION (ME3Tweaks Mod Manager needed )

1. Download preferred mod files

2. Open ME3Tweaks Mod Manager

3. Drag downloaded file into Mod Manager

4. For Gate mods just Apply or import the mod. If you import - click mod name on the list and then click Apply Mod at the bottom right of the window.

In case of Enemies Health Mod: select version what you want and click install or import mods (you can unselect those one you don't intend use ).

5. Repeat steps 3. and 4. if you installing more than one file.

It work only with Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition. If you want version for Mass Effect 2 Original Edition it is HERE

UNINSTALL:

In ME3Tweaks click Manage Target (first make sure that location for Mass Effect 2 Legendary Edition is selected ) and find this mod (it is in default opened bookmark: "Installed DLC Mods" ) - you can disable and delete mod.
