Please Note:

Performance

Turning up the amount of smoke, how long it lasts, or how big it gets can affect performance.

Keep that in mind if you're pushing the settings!

The default settings have a good balance between smoke presence and performance.

You might lose a couple of frames in very specific areas.

If that bothers you, feel free to turn off or tone down a few of the emitters.

Smoke Placement

This mod changes the game's existing smoke and steam emitters. It doesn't add new ones.

Because of that, some areas will have more smoke than others,

depending on where the game already has emitters placed.

Now if you're like me you might be confused because,

there is no smoke in the vanilla game right?

Well there is actually, quite a bit.

But its sooooo subtle and small that its very hard to notice,

unless you are specifically looking for it.

This mod just enhances and gives you control over the existing ones.

Effect Distance

The game only lets effects spawn so far away.

I've pushed it as far as I can, but getting them to spawn any farther away isn't currently possible.
