Quick Install Steps:
0. Go to UTOC Signature Bypass Patch for Marvel Rivals and follow all its instructions first. After UTOC is installed, proceed to my step 1 .
1. Go to your Steam launcher, right click the game on the library, go to "Manage" and then click on "Browse Local Files"
2. Go to MarvelGame\Marvel\Content\Paks and create a folder "~mods" if it does not exist.
3. Extract the my mod inside the "~mods" folder.
Launch the game and enjoy!
