📋 About This Mod
V1. 2 UPDATE: First of all, the update broke the Return of Jean Grey recolor. Apparently there's a way to make recolors work without BP editing so it won't break but i don't know how to do it. Second: Two new versions! A less curvy version, and a version with default hair. Enjoy!
V1. 1 UPDATE: Added a version that leaves the default as it is in vanilla and only replaces the ranked skin. Very experimental. The materials are broken in the lobby but work fine ingame.
A remesh and retexture of Jean's default skin to look like her X-Men '97 look. She deserved a more classic-adjacent look, much as I like her default.
This mod replaces her default, launch recolor, and ranked recolor. Currently, they all look the exact same as her default, there are no differences. I may come back later and change this.
The hair actually has physics this time, but it's subtle since I didn't feel like creating custom physics. It is what it is.
There are minor clipping and geometry errors but I got so sick of trying to fix it that you'll just have to bear it. The body has a holographic texture that I couldn't figure out how to remove but it's not overly distracting.
All images taken with the No Phoenix Force mod. This mod does not remove the Phoenix Force on its own.
How to install:
