Config paks are live again through the RIVALSFPS. GG launcher. It's completely free — no account, no paywall, nothing locked behind a tier. Grab the latest build from RivalsFPS.gg

Setup:

Install the Signature Bypass first (Home card, or Settings → System Components). It's built into the app, so it's one click with nothing to download — full credit to DeathChaos, redistributed with permission. Nothing loads without it. The app finds your game folder automatically on Steam, Epic and NetEase; if it can't, you can point it at the folder yourself.

What's in it — all of it, free

• []Mod Manager — every pak in your mods folder in one list. Toggle mods off without deleting them, import PAK, ZIP, 7Z or RAR files (or drag them onto the window), search, bulk-select. It also flags when two enabled mods ship the same asset, which is usually why a mod "does nothing", and badges mods known to get you kicked.[/]

  []Config Paks — Standard (recommended), Potato, and Ultra Potato for max FPS. One active at a time, one click to switch or deactivate.[/]

  []Import your own configs — not tied to ours. Browse to any .pak and apply it through the launcher, and it's managed exactly like the built-in ones: shows up in your library by name, swaps cleanly, deactivates cleanly, and your original file on disk is left untouched.[/]

  []Config Editor — Simple mode for sliders like Texture Detail, Character Quality and VFX Quality; Advanced for full control of the ini. Works on our configs and on any community pak you import, so you can take someone else's config and tune it to your own setup instead of settling for how it shipped.[/]

  []Graphic Paks — optional visual packs (colorways, Quake-style environments) that stack on top of your config. These are fully compliant and trigger no warning.[/]

  []Windows Optimizations — Game Mode, background recording, mouse acceleration, high-performance GPU preference, TCPNoDelay, network throttling, hardware GPU scheduling, Ultimate Performance. Live detection, and everything is revertible.[/]

  []Launch extras — Skip Launcher and Skip Intro Videos to get you into the menu faster, plus stretched resolution with the bars fix.[/]
