Hello!
This is a retexture for Elsa Bloodstone's Young Blood skin.
It retextures her general appearance to resemble, as closely as possible, Jinx from Arcane/League of Legends.
If you don't know who Jinx is or haven't watched Arcane, Look it up! Right now! It's Amazing!
Regardless, you should still be able to enjoy this retexture, not as much tho...
Also, the "Breath Gun" (aka: monster gun with freaky tongue) texture changes the one for the default as well.
So, I will be attaching it separately from the main file so just download it along with the main file for those who want it.

Edit: VFX mod was being too problematic, so I unfortunately had to remove it. The main mod does works without it so that's the upside. I would recommend uninstalling the VFX mod if you have it. My apologies
