I was just trying out how VFX modding works, I kinda liked how this one turned out so I decided to upload it

Installation instructions
You will need the UTOC bypass in order for any marvel mod to work, once you acquire it head to Steam\steamapps\common\MarvelRivals\MarvelGame\Marvel\Content\Paks\~Mods (or wherever your marvel is installed) once u get to the ''paks'' part create a folder and make sure to call it exactly ''~Mods", paste the 3 files there and you are done
