To install manually this mod:

  Locate the game's installation folder.

  Go to Marvel/ Content / Paks

  Create a folder called ~mods.

  Put the files inside the .rar/.zip in the ~mods folder.

Let me tell you the story behind this mod: this mod was created in December 2024, at the very beginning of MR modding. Its author was Lynks.

However, Lynks is no longer active in the community, nor on the Discord server, so it wasn't possible to ask him to update his mod. Furthermore, during the early seasons of MR, the game underwent internal structural changes that required mods to be updated. Unfortunately, this never happened.

Several people have maintained a thread requesting an update for Dio. Although the original mod could have simply been updated, it had some bugs that needed fixing. Since it was too much work, I preferred to start from scratch with a different model.

Compared to the original mod, I've removed the outlines, fixed the weights, added animation to the waist straps, modified the hands during the ultimate ability, and fixed the eye issue. Additionally, he uses a different weapon.

If Lynks comes back and fixes his mod, I'll delete this one because it won't make sense. But until then... HERE'S DIO BACK!
