Biden Blast is a compact audio mod for XCOM 2 that replaces the Cyclops ult line with two versions of the 'Biden blast' sound. With 26 endorsements and 1,876 downloads, it's a niche, humorous pick for players wanting a meme-y twist on the game's audio.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Easy to install—just drop the files in and you're done
- Two versions give you options to pick your favorite
- Adds a fun, meme-worthy touch to the game's audio
⚠️ Cons
- Very niche—only affects one line, so if you're not into the meme, it's pointless
- Low endorsement count (26) means it's not widely tested or vetted
- No documentation on which version does what—you'll have to trial and error
For XCOM 2 players who enjoy meme culture and want a quick laugh during intense moments. Skip if you prefer serious, immersive audio or if you're not familiar with the 'Biden blast' meme.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Make sure to back up the original audio files before replacing them, so you can revert if you don't like it.
- If you're using mods that also alter Cyclops lines, check load order to avoid conflicts.
- Test both versions in a skirmish to see which one you prefer before committing.
