This mod removes I_Mask 001 through to 009, 011, 014 and keeps 010, 012, 013. I used this tweak myself and found it better to keep those masks as they are actually like proper masks and not just an ugly piece of metal over the eyes. Uploading here for anyone else that wants something similar.
