Bastila Shan Body Replacer

Bastila Shan Body Replacer is a complete visual overhaul designed to give Bastila a more detailed and modern appearance while still feeling at home in the original Knights of the Old Republic.

The mod replaces Bastila's body with a newly designed model featuring a distinctive burgundy leather outfit, high structured collar and shoulder armor, sheer dark underlayer, boots, and additional modeled details. The textures and materials have been rebuilt at higher quality to give the outfit substantially more definition than the original model while retaining the visual character of KOTOR.

Bastila's appearance has also been updated to complement the new body model, with a refined face and higher-quality textures that preserve her recognizable hairstyle, features, and signature blue head accessories.

The package also includes Bastila's custom robes as a usable item, complete with its own inventory icon. The robes are automatically equipped when Bastila is first encountered, so her redesigned appearance is integrated naturally into a new playthrough rather than requiring console commands or manual item spawning.

Installation is handled through TSLPatcher to keep the mod as compatible and non-destructive as possible.

For the best results, use a save from before Bastila is first spawned/encountered, or begin a new game. Existing saves may retain Bastila's previously assigned equipment.
