Smarter Rebuild Mod

This mod makes buildings keep their properties after repairing rubble, and auto-fixes supply lines. Which properties are maintained: - desired resources for storage buildings (stockpiles and docks) - other dock settings - blacksmith should make tools and/or armaments - custom name of building - open/closed status of buildings that need workers - fix supply lines for transport carts - fix supply lines for ships Note 1: while the mod fixes supply lines for ships, it only does so for player-owned docks. Note 2. 1: the mod only remembers properties for buildings that got rubbled in the same session. So if you return to the main menu or close and restart the game, saved properties will be lost and everything will be rebuilt with the default values again. Note 2. 2: ... as a consequence, if you return to the main menu while a building is still under construction, some saved properties will be lost (because the game can only set them after completing construction). This is the case for the open/closed status, and auto-fixing supply lines.
