“Light vs. Darkness Edition” is a fan-made PC mod that fully rebalances the gameplay of KINGDOM HEARTS III, adding depth, mechanics, music and enhancements.

⚖️ Our mod rebalances, enhances and integrates all of KH3’s gameplay together (combat, item synthesis, stats, story rewards, enemy behaviour, battlegates, bosses, level up bonuses, battle levels, animations, spells, formchanges, Cuisine, treasure chests, abilities, equipment, weapons, UI, Gigas…), improves animation cancel windows for all playable characters, and enhances all party members with better logic and abilities, making every fight a true party effort.

🆕 The 2. 0 update also comes with new features, such as Terra as an ally in battlegates, more options to synergise with allies, new abilities and spells for party members, new music arrangements for certain cutscenes and battles, unique gameplay for Roxas, Kairi, Aqua and Riku, a new round of rebalancing, "Ultimate" post-game bosses, and more! Lead your friends through the upheaval of an incoming Keyblade War

The main part of “Light vs. Darkness” is a gameplay overhaul, rebalancing the entire game with new mechanics to bring more depth and challenge to each playthrough. Common strategies from the unmodded game won’t work here: be ready to grow out of your comfort zone and to die a lot in the beginning.
