📋 About This Mod
This is a couple things many people have wanted since KH3 Came out.
With this mod, I have removed the trigger box that automatically starts the final boss sequence when walking into the Stairway to the Sky map. Instead there is now a small crystal with a reactor that will ask you if you want to start the final boss. This allows you to explore the map in the base game.
I have also used Willow's Complete Scala ad Caelum mod to allow you to also explore the Breezy Quarter map from Re:Mind.
IMPORTANT NOTE!!!!
This mod REQUIRES you to have Willow's Complete Scala ad Caelum Mod. THIS MOD WILL NOT WORK IF YOU DO NOT HAVE WILLOW'S MOD INSTALLED. IT WILL BREAK THE SCALA MAP SEVERELY IF YOU DO NOT HAVE BOTH MODS.
As it stands, the Breezy Quarter will remain blocked off if you have not Completed Re:Mind and Started Limit Cut (I tried doing just finishing Re:Mind but the game flag values are kinda weird).
The Breezy Quarter will also get blocked off once you start the Final Boss Sequence.
UPDATE 02/06/2024:
- Fixed Enemy AI/Navigation issues.
- Re-Added Stairway to the Sky Map Chest.
- Minimap enabled & works in both Stairway to the Sky and Breezy Quarter.
Known Issues:
- Rails do not spawn when using the reactor. Looking into a fix for this ASAP.
Huge thank you to Willow for letting me use her Complete Scala ad Caelum mod for this mod.
This mod is also available in almost every text Language available in KH3.

This mod for 7 Days to Die opens up the Stairway to the Sky and Breezy Quarter POIs for full exploration, and changes the final fight trigger from automatic to a reactor-based activation. It's a small but focused map tweak for players who want to explore these areas without being forced into the endgame encounter.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Unlocks previously restricted areas for thorough looting and exploration.
- Gives you control over when to start the final fight, so you can prepare.
- Lightweight mod with a dedicated following (34 endorsements).
⚠️ Cons
- Small mod with limited scope—only affects two POIs.
- May conflict with other map or POI overhaul mods that alter the same areas.
- Requires a new save or careful integration to avoid breaking existing worlds.
For 7 Days to Die players who want to fully explore the Stairway to the Sky and Breezy Quarter without being rushed into the final fight. Also great for those who prefer a more deliberate approach to endgame encounters. Skip if you're fine with the vanilla auto-trigger or don't care about these specific POIs.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Since this mod changes POI behavior, test it on a backup save first to ensure it doesn't break your current world.
- If you're using other map mods, load this one last to minimize conflicts.
- Remember that the reactor trigger means you'll need to find and activate it manually—plan your approach.
