1. What does it do?

[]The draw speed is significantly increased to be more realistic. A medieval archer firing a heavy warbow could achieve a rate of 16 arrows/minute so i've tried my best to match that.

]The speed of the arrows is way too slow so it has been increased by about 1. 7x so now they fly much faster. This means that it's much easier to fire at moving targets, and the arrows drop much slower so firing at long range is easier.[]The stamina drain has also been decreased a bit, so now you won't pass away from exhaustion in a matter of seconds.
[]The damage of the arrows has also been upped by about 1. 2x, so they do a bit extra damage.
