Veteran Hardcore

Never meant to release this, i used to have same kind of mod for KCD1 for years. My point is just tweaking hardcore experience towards my liking. Once i get more ideas, i will be updating this.

1. Numbskull is set to 0. 40. This consideribly slows down the progression pace.

2. HorseMountMaxRelativeEncumberance is now set to 1. 5, this is exactly how it was in KCD1. So you can be 50% overloaded and still mount horse, after that no. Goes together nicely with Nightmares Will Follow, since you can feel weak at the mornings.

3. HorseRidingXPPerDistance has been nerfed 3x. Usually Hardcore players don't fast travel - if you ask me, since you ride everywhere you get tons and tons horse riding experience and this will be first maxed skill usually.
