Ultimate Visual Overhaul and BUG Fix

Description

After searching, testing all the console CVars existing and stealing from others, I finally made a combination that can push the garphic of KCD2 to the limit. It's based on expirmental settings of vanilla game but it looks better and also performs better, it might be the most effective visual improving CFG atm.

Cascade shadowmap is exquisitly tweaked to avoid shadow flickering, so as other common/uncommon settings. I believe it will also be a great foundation for those who want to tweak the graphic themselves to meet their own taste.

Except for graphic improvements, it can also solve few graphic bugs like:

1. Close range weird blocky shadow.

2. Shadow flickering in dialogs or cutscenes.

3. Some lightsources broken.

4. White motion ghosting.

5. SSDO over bleeding in certain AOed areas.

6. Oilish reflection on walls and grounds.

7. Image distorts while using smoothmotion & HDR at the same time.

What's new?

1. Tweaking screenspace shadow to avoid specific buggy night scene (mainly in main story).

2. Hopefully fixing interior shadow flickering in monastery DLC.

3. Blood decals now last 2x longer.

1. SHADOW FLICKERING ON NPC IN DIALOG & CUTSCENE FINALLY FIXEDDDDD!!!!!

2. Cloud improved (who the hell can imagine WARHORSE got the values reversed?)

3. Fast travel/time skip now 2 times faster.

4. Texture streaming speed should be slightly synced.

5. Switch to a new method to deal with shadow bias, now the close range vertical strips are gone, while middle range detailed shadows are reserved.

1. Improve motion ghosting issue by adding 'e_svoTI_TemporalFilteringBase', larger value will do more help to this issue but will cause light flickering, please check the pinned post for better solution.

2. Fix blocky screenspace shadow entirely and improve close range shadows.

3. Improve interior shadows (will cause little FPS loss)

4. Improve exterior performance especially in crowded areas.
