Repair Skill Overhaul

Henry is blacksmith, yes, but not very good one. My main motivation for this change is, in the beginning player needs to use services to repair items, which is great groschen sink, since repairing services are expensive.

1. 1 Nerfed level requirements for smoother experience

1. 2 Repair kits can now fix less total condition than before (200 instead of 600). This means you’ll need more kits to fully restore worn equipment

1. 3 Hardcore version where repairkit capacity is 50. This is because in vanilla game you're showered with the repair kits, so now the found amount won't matter.

• []Install mod normally to mods folder. 

  []Run game, open console and see that table has been patched, ot looks something like this:
