No stolen tag (PTF)
Pretty much what's written on the box.
Makes the stolen tag fade instantly, not using a perk approach like other mods, but changing the constant directly. You can use related perks without any issues.
Does not work for events where time is frozen (like the Semine wedding), but the tag will be gone when time passes again.
Compatible with other mods as long as they don't also change the ItemOwnerFadePriceToHours key in rpg_param.
