Better Pebbles and Herring (PTF)

This mod makes both Pebbles and Herring the best horse in the game, they don't lose stats even with equipment, so if you want both cosmetics and practicality this mod gives you the best of both worlds.

This mod practically created by Zaphyrex some time ago, but I didn't want to wait for an update, so I made my own version for Legacy of the Forge. Furthermore, this mod is heavily inspired by his mod, so I am still giving Zaph credit. In case someone else likes their horses maxed out and wants to use whatever equipment they want to for cosmetic purposes like I do, here is the updated version.

This mod doesn't use any assets from the Pebbles Ascended mod, I simply used Warbox to create my own better Pebbles and Red herring PTF from scratch and tested myself.
