What Changes:

Main Level Perks:

• []Well Built – Increases carry capacity by +20 per level of Strength (up from 2).

  []Notorious Criminal (formerly Criminal Element) – Stolen goods sell for 20% more, and you gain a +3 bonus to Coerce, Dominate, and Dread without the need for a brand. Also the brand, if you have it, fades 25% faster.

  []Blood of Siegfried – Armor increased by 25 (up from 10).

  Strength Perks:

  • []Hard-Working Lad – Increases carry capacity by 80 (up from 8). Unable to change move speed.

    []Pack Mule – Increases carry capacity by 120 (up from 12).

    []Strong as a Bull – Increases carry capacity by 200 (up from 20).

    []Grand Slam (renamed to Close Combat) – Close Combat I & II now grant +5% and +15% ALL Melee Weapon Damage, instead of the original +5% & +5% Blunt Damage bonuses.

    []Vanguard – Increases Warfare and Shield bonus by +2, Shield Blocks cost 30% less, and blocking is 50% more effective. Instead of only 30% Shield Block Stamina Reduction.

    Agility Perks:

    • []Featherweight – Reduces fall damage by 99% (up from 30%).

      []Finesse – Finesse I & II now grant +5% Melee Attack Speed and +15% Melee Attack Speed, replacing the original +5% Slashing Damage bonuses.

      []Viper (renamed to Disciplined Strikes) – Viper I & II now reduce Stamina Cost for Melee Weapon Attacks by 15% and 25%, replacing the original 5% & 5% Stab Damage bonuses.
