.45 ACP Rebalance

When Chuck made his 3. 0 update with the . 45 ACP ammo, I immediately noticed the cracked stats the ammo and guns had. Since i know the most of the SDK besides him, I decided to edit the values himself. I opted to just change the ammo and not the guns as i think the guns themselves are alright. This mainly just edits the armor pen to be relative to the other pistol calibers.

THIS FILE AND THE FILE FROM MY CUSTOM ITEMS ARE THE EXACT SAME, WON'T MATTER WHICH ONE YOU USE!
