What it adds

• []Stamina Booster — restores stamina over time. Usable at any time, even at full health and full stamina, so you can top off before a sprint instead of waiting to get hurt. [/]

  []Regen Injector — heals health gradually over time. [/]

  []Super Regen — heals health quickly over time.  [/]

  All three use the syringe model and the injection animation, and each has its own recolored icon (blue / orange stripes / green stripes) so they are easy to tell apart in the inventory and in the buff bar.

  Loot

  They drop wherever vanilla medical items drop — medical boxes, general containers, ground loot and enemy bodies (13 loot tables in total). Drop weights are deliberately set below vanilla (the vanilla health injector and painkiller sit at 1. 0, bandages at 2. 0), so these stay rarer than the base medical items.

  Installation

  • []Pick one version — EN or KR — and copy pakchunk956-CombatStims_P.pak into:

    <Steam>\steamapps\common\PROJECT QUARANTINE\Test_C\Content\Paks\[/]

    []Run IRR mod merger. This step is required — the merger registers the items with the vendor, the gameplay tags and the loot tables. Without it the items will not appear anywhere.[/]

    []Start the game.[/]

    Do not install the EN and KR paks at the same time.

    If the items don't show up in the shop

    The shop stores its current stock inside your save, so a save made before the merge can keep showing the old stock for a while. Either wait for the vendor to restock, or open the in-game console with F10 and run:

    ResetVendorThen reopen the shop. This applies to every mod that adds vendor items, not just this one.

    Known limitation — bleeding visual

    While a stim is active you may see the bleeding screen effect and the bleeding icon, as if you were wounded. The over-time healing is built on top of the only over-time mechanic the game has — its bleed effect — with the value flipped from damage to healing, so the visual comes attached to it and cannot be separated without breaking the effect. The healing itself works exactly as described, and the visual stops when the effect ends. Please treat this as a known cosmetic side effect rather than a bug.

    Compatibility

    • []Other loot mods — loot changes go through the merger's own jaq pipeline, so this mod merges with other loot-editing mods (such as loot-crate-changes) instead of overwriting them. Verified in-game: vanilla medical items, other mods' loot edits and these three all coexist.[/]

      []RarityColors — the three items are registered as tier 2 / 2 / 3.[/]

      []Co-op — host and clients must all have the mod installed.[/]
