Bigger Resource Stacks And Reduced Weight

This mod combines increased resource stack sizes and reduced item weight into a single file, avoiding conflicts caused by Icarus data table overrides.

It is intended for players who want both effects active at the same time without relying on load order or merge priority.

Only items that already stack in the base game are affected. Non-stackable items such as tools, weapons, armor, backpacks, and biofuel cans are intentionally left unchanged.

Available versions:

- 2x Stacks + 75% Weight

- 5x Stacks + 50% Weight (Recommended)

- 10x Stacks + 25% Weight

- 100x Stacks + 0% Weight (Extreme / Just-for-fun)

What this mod does:

- Increases MaxStack for already stackable resource items

- Reduces item weight by the selected percentage

- Applies both changes in one file to avoid mod conflicts

- Works cleanly alongside other QoL mods (tool yield, backpack capacity, XP)

What this mod does NOT do:

- Does not make non-stackable items stackable

- Does not affect crafting recipes

- Does not change tools, weapons, armor, backpacks, or containers

Why this mod exists:

Due to how Icarus loads item data tables, standalone stack and weight mods cannot be used together reliably. This combined version applies both changes in a single override so they work as intended.

Important Note:

If this mod is removed or disabled on a save that was played with it, items that exceed vanilla stack limits or use modified weight values may be trimmed or removed by the game. This is a limitation of Icarus’ inventory system. For saves played with this mod, it’s recommended to keep the mod enabled.

Installation (Recommended – Icarus Mod Manager):

1. Download ONE version of the mod

2. Import or enable it in Icarus Mod Manager (IMM)

3. Launch the game
