📋 About This Mod
Aims to make enemies feel less like damage sponges and flesh out some aspects that bothered me during my playthrough. Spells will feel more like they should, according to their strength, and enemies will be more punishing.
V's Gameplay Rebalance tweaks enemy health and spell effectiveness to reduce damage sponge behavior and increase challenge. It's a lightweight gameplay overhaul for players who find combat too bullet-spongey or spells underwhelming. With 52 endorsements and a 2023 update, it's a niche but recent option.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Directly addresses a common complaint about bullet-spongey enemies
- Spell rebalance adds depth for magic-focused builds
- Recent update (Feb 2023) suggests active maintenance
⚠️ Cons
- Small userbase (52 endorsements) means limited community feedback
- No detailed patch notes or documentation provided
- May conflict with other gameplay overhauls if not load-ordered properly
For players who feel combat drags due to high enemy HP and want spells to hit harder. If you're tired of whittling down health bars and prefer riskier, more decisive fights, this is worth a shot. Skip if you're happy with vanilla balance or want a comprehensive overhaul.
💡 Beginner Tips

- If you use other gameplay mods, place this one lower in your load order to avoid conflicts.
- Test on a new save to see the balance changes without affecting your main playthrough.
