Only Shiny Beasts

While I am no longer able to update or continue support for this mod at this time, there is some good news:

Many users have reported that it's still very much usable after manually merging with Hogwarts Mod Merger.

If you attempt to do this please read carefully the instructions stated in the description of their program, specifically the

"merging outdated mods" section. You may also be able to find additional support by following

the instructions others have provided in previous comments, but understand that your mileage may vary.

I apologize to those who were unable to get my mod to work correctly, and my lack of support.

Only Shiny Beasts will cause all capturable beasts to spawn as their rare shiny variant

or your choice of other balanced options



Effected Beasts:

Giant Purple Toad

Jobberknoll

Uneffected Beast:

Phoenix (Has no shiny variant)

All beasts have a 100% chance to spawn as their rare shiny variant

Equally Shiny Beasts

All beasts have an equal likelihood of being any of their color options (including shiny)

This means if a beast has 4 colors it could be, including their shiny, each color has a 25% chance to occur

If a beast has 2 colors it could be, including their shiny, each has a 50% chance to occur

All beasts have a 10% - 15% increased chance of spawning as a shiny

This is the most balanced and true to the base game while still increasing the chance of a shiny spawn
