📋 About This Mod
A simple mod to increase the number of carried potions or combat plants from 12 to 25, or 999, depending on which file you choose to install.
Installation
Simply place the .pak file in your "Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods" directory.
Compatibility
This mod WILL conflict with any other mod that changes the PhoenixShipData file. If you want to run more than one of these types of mods, I HIGHLY suggest using Hogwarts Mod Merger (https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/178/) to merge the files together.
Why in the world do you want/need 999 potions or plants?? - So I can have an endless pocket army of cabbages!
Will you update the mod for future patches? - I'd like to think so, but as an engineering college student, I tend to have very little freetime and might just forget.
How can I update the mod if it's outdated? - You can install the mod as normal, then run the Mod Merger tool. If the mod is outdated, a red "!" will appear next to the name in the tool, click that and it -should- make it compatible again. This can be done by itself, or when merging it with a bunch of other mods at once! Just remember to remove/disable the merged pak files after they have been merged.
How did you make this? - I used the wonderful guide and file posted by shaunxe (https://www.nexusmods.com/hogwartslegacy/mods/211) and edited the ItemDefinitions for potions and plants to use a different inventory size from the list.

It's for players who want to carry more consumables without frequent trips back to storage. With 1,631 endorsements and frequent updates, it's a popular quality-of-life tweak.
✨ Key Features
📊 Pros & Cons
✅ Pros
- Community favorite with 1,631 endorsements—clearly fills a need.
- Huge quality-of-life boost: no more running back to base every few fights.
- Simple and effective—does exactly what it says, no bloat.
⚠️ Cons
- Only affects potions and combat plants—doesn't touch other consumables.
- May unbalance gameplay if you rely on limited inventory as a challenge.
- No detailed instructions provided, so you might need to figure out installation yourself.
For adventurers who hate inventory management and want to stock up on healing items without constant backtracking. Also great for players who enjoy long dungeon crawls or extended exploration sessions. Skip if you prefer the challenge of limited resources or want a more comprehensive inventory overhaul.
💡 Beginner Tips
- Check if the mod requires a mod manager like Vortex or Nexus Mods—if not, just drop the files into your game's data folder.
- If you're playing a game with anti-cheat (like EAC), make sure to disable it or use a mod loader that's compatible.
- Test the mod in a safe save first to ensure it works with your current game version.
