Diverse NPC Uniforms

Introduction

This mod changes all the Hogwarts NPC students' uniforms (Prefect's, Student's (the named), T3Student's, T3YoungStudent's & T4Student's).

It uses already existing vanilla uniforms, more specifically the ones that are available for MC to wear.

This mod is good for making the Hogwarts experience more immersive.

There is also a version of this mod that makes the use of hyacinth13's Alternative Uniforms for NPCs (or other mods that edit some of the named students) possible. That way you can have some of the named students look the way you want, while the rest of the Hogwarts students still look more diverse.

I would recommend getting Khione95's mod NPC Schedule Enhanced (Better AI), with that mod installed you will (amongst other things) be able to find your prefects around Hogwarts, who now actually look different from the rest.

!OBS! This mod makes the students' uniforms more detailed compared to the vanilla game files, therefore you might experience some fps drops (depending on your software).

Installation

1. Download the mod

2. Unzip the folder

3. Take the 3 files (diverseNPCuniforms_P.pak, diverseNPCuniforms_P.ucas & diverseNPCuniforms_P.utoc) and add them to your ~mods folder (create the folder if you do not have it already). (Your path probably looks like this C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\~mods)

4. Start the game and you should be able to see the Hogwarts students in different uniforms

How to un-install

1. Remove the 3 files (diverseNPCuniforms_P.pak, diverseNPCuniforms_P.ucas & diverseNPCuniforms_P.utoc) from your ~mods folder

Conflicts

This mod uses pakchunk 33, if you are using another mod with this pakchunk this mod will not work.

The mod changes almost all of the data assets (DA) that are located in these game folders:

Prefect, Student, T3Student, T3YoungStudent & T4Student

If you are using another mod, that makes changes to those files, the mod will not work.

When using this mod with the AnyTimeCompanion mod, make sure to set the outfits to normal (on the students where there is an alternative outfit option).
