📋 About This Mod
Basically, in the vanilla game when you spam basic casts the first three hits do tiny damage and the fourth hit does a ton. I didn't like this as it basically forces you to spam four casts to get your full DPS. Now, all four hits should deal the same damage so no penalties if you only get 1-2 in before using a spell cooldown. I've done this by averaging the two spells' damage together so it should be perfectly fair and balanced.
Note on compatibility: if you run other mods which edit PhoenixShipData.sqlite you will need to merge them together using Hogwarts Mod Merger follow the instructions there.
Install the .pak to SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Hogwarts Legacy\Phoenix\Content\Paks\mods or equivalent
Changed the following values:
140 Stupefy damage changed from 3 to 8
142 StupeyHeavy damage changed from 23 to 8

The preview gif shows numbers from development, final numbers are more consistent with vanilla damage:
vanilla damage: 40 + 40 + 40 + 307 = 427
modded damage: 106 + 106 + 106 + 106 = 424
