Railgun to BF4 Rorsch MK-1

This was a mod I had requested to be made long ago at the very start of my adventure into HD2 modding, and has since fallen into disrepair for a variety of reasons.

As such, i have acquired permission from Stoob2, the original publisher, to republish the mod for the time being until he is able to "Remaster" it at some point in the future.

until then me and Ka1ser0 have worked together to get the model and SFX working again. (SFX repatch permission was given to Ka1ser0 by Dekr0)

Now that i'm competent in the VFX department i've also decided to add in some custom VFX edits to make the HD2 Rorsch feel more like the original BF4 version.

KNOWN ISSUES

- Scope is somewhat see-through at certain angles

- I cannot fix this, this model, textures, and materials are over 6 months old and the fact that they work at ALL is a miracle, and stoob is busy with other things so this will not get fixed until he remasters the mod when he has time and feels like it, at which point this mod will be set to hidden and it won't matter anyways.

- 'Light' muzzle flash option will swap to 'heavy' when an AT Emplacement is present in the mission

- This is due to how the game handles VFX from specific archives, it would require a large time investment to fix so maybe i'll get it fixed later on

- Bullet impact effect also applies to the DE Sickle when overheated

- Due to the changes 6. 0. 1 made to VFX/Particle data, the tool used to edit that data can no longer fully read it and as such i physically cannot fix this outside of just removing the effect. ..so you'll have to pick a different primary or disable the VFX module if you use the DE sickle.
