(BAND-AID FIX) Turret and Drone Spotlights

Note 2: Setting "Volumetric Fog Quality" to low will remove the visible light shafts. alternatively setting it to medium or above will make them visible. they look really good personally, and especially in a cinematic kind of way (like WW2 movies and their AA searchlights) but they can get in the way visibly and make it hard to see.

The range of the spotlight is the same as their target detection/firing range minus the flame sentry, which is 50Meters despite having a tiny firing range. On emplacements the range is 100Meters minus the grenadier wall, which is 50Meters.

KNOWN ISSUES

- Shadows behave strangely

- This is an issue with the game's lighting engine. ... Turns out there was a reason only the sun was allowed to cast shadows! thankfully that reason as not performance.
