(BAND-AID FIX) Spotlights for Cannon and Bunker turrets

This mod was following the request request of a user in the HD2 modding discord (not a commission)

Does what it says on the tin, spotlight extends to the turret's maximum range at which it will fire at you, so if you turn red, it can shoot you.

Due to how light works, it reflects off particles in the air like smoke/dust/fog, it may not look good under certain conditions or be an active hindrance in foggy/smoky/dusty environments.

Set "Volumetric Fog" in your graphical settings to "low" to disable volumetric lighting

-Also applies to Annihilator tanks due to them having the same turret as the cannon tower turret.

-Also applies to shredder tanks due to them having the same turret as AA guns
