Big blank scenario for Sapien editing

Also has ODST characters for you to play, all elite types besides Arbiter from Campaign mode and a Pilot Marine. The pelican has a usable turret on the back as well and the map has a sky and snow floor that leaves footprints, bomb-prints etc. Every single thing here is from the game files and I never used any custom content. All AI are friendly to you and each other aswell.
