Grainy reflections fix

Description

Older GPUs such as RTX 2000 are seemingly unable to properly render reflections on shiny surfaces like weapons resulting in ugly and distracting mottling or grain on them. This Engine.ini parameters disable hardware Lumen in reflections only while preserving intended global illumination. You may also want to install this if you prefer the look. Additionally it may slightly increase performance.

Installation instructions

1. Copy and paste parameters below to Engine.ini file in C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\Meteorite\Saved\Config\WinGDK. Create a new text file or use the one from TheHybred's mod.

2. Save the file and make sure it's Read-only in Properties.
