  • []Even with the upgrades, we kept the overall "feel" of the existing Battle Rifle, because it already IS a great weapon. This upgraded version will feel like the old Battle Rifle you know and love, just with a lot more firepower.[/]

    []Full-auto burst fire: Hold down the trigger, and the Battle Rifle will keep firing 3-round bursts.[/]

    []Accuracy increased by 3x. Fewer misses = more dead bad guys...who doesn't like THAT math?[/]

    []Damage Output increased by 20x. You asked for extra punch? We delivered...er, OVER-delivered... 😎[/]

    []Effective Range increased by 12x. They will never see it coming.[/]

    []Primary Weapon: Battle Rifle / Secondary Weapon: Scorpion Tank Cannon Yep, your Battle Rifle is also a Scorpion Tank Cannon![/]

    []ZOOM Alternate Fire (ADS): While zoomed in, Tap trigger for secondary weapon: Scorpion Tank Cannon / Hold trigger for primary weapon: Battle Rifle. ...or use a combo of Tap/Hold for a fiery hellscape that melts faces.[/]

    []Ammo is upgraded to combine characteristics of Incendiary, Armor-Piercing, and Shield-Breaking ammo into a single powerful combo projectile. Break through their shields, pierce their armor, and leave 'em on fire...operators call that a good day![/]

    []Infinite Ammo without Reloading. Deathstalker Group has developed experimental tech to instantly regenerate spent ammo and eliminate the need for reloading. Don't ask me how it works...we leave that kind of voodoo up to the lab geeks in the basement.[/]

    []Advanced IFF (Identify Friend or Foe) Detection — No more friendly fire incidents from UNSC Marines straying into the line of fire! (Will not hurt teammates and friendly NPCs.) With all that extra firepower, we had to add a little "protection". That, and we got tired of calls from UNSC brass whining about "collateral damage".[/]
