BR and Needle rifle in campaign

Description

Just a small mod that adds the Battle Rifle and Needle Rifle to Marines and Elites.

Weapon spawns are randomized and may change each time you play. BR ammo has also been added throughout the campaign so the weapon remains usable.

All missions have been updated with new weapon and ammo placements.

Marine weapon loadouts are randomized. Marines will commonly use the Assault Rifle, Battle Rifle and SMG, but can occasionally spawn with a Shotgun or Sniper Rifle.

Flood weapon loadouts have also been adjusted, with some Assault Rifles replaced by Battle Rifles while keeping their other weapon types intact.

This is still one of my first mods, so it may not be perfect. There may also be conflicts with Campaign Remix, skulls, or other mods that modify weapons or campaign scenarios.
