This is a lightweight Engine.ini + HaloLocalGameUserSettings.ini mod that dramatically improves visual clarity
Description
100% safe for Game Pass players running Halo Campaign Evolved via Xbox App. Thoroughly tested for the absolute best visual clarity possible while preventing game crashes and GPU stutters.
Editing the games Engine.ini for Xbox App with certain shader‑related edits, permutation changes and certain scalability overrides causes the game to crash at startup so I'm unable to alter those types of settings.
My mod still looks beautiful. That annoying haze is completely gone and still maintains crisp high-fidelity visuals.

Installation instructions
Extract the mod:
1. Copy the Engine.ini file and paste it into:

For AMD GPUs only: (After following the above steps)
1. Open HaloLocalGameUserSettings.ini in Notepad
2. Find: Upscaler=DLSS
3. Change to: Upscaler=FSR
4. File > Save to C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Meteorite\Saved\Config\[################]
5. Play Halo CE

Requirements
Anybody annoyed with bad visual optimizations. This is designed to work in Xbox App / Game Pass only. There should be way better visual upgrades for the Steam version of Halo Campaign Evolved. I'm subscribed to Game Pass so I couldn't let these issues go unchecked...
