Real L. A. Peds Overhaul is a complete rework of GTA V’s gang and law enforcement ecosystem. It transforms how gangs, law enforcement, and civilians look, behave, and interact—bringing the world closer to the gritty realism of South Central Los Angeles.

This mod brings new life to the streets with revamped peds, smarter AI, scenario support, and custom textures rooted in authentic L. A. culture. From gang turfs to emergency services, everything is grounded in a modern, immersive L. A. vibe.

Key Features:

Character Enhancements:

- Crip-themed retexture for Franklin, including blue clothing and a matching blue leash for Chop

- New 2K face texture for all three protagonists for a fresher, more detailed look

- Variety clothing packs for all three main characters inspired by real L. A. fashion

- High-quality 2K body textures for Franklin, Michael, and Trevor

- High-quality hairstyles: default hair for Michael and detailed braids for Franklin

World & Ped Overhauls:

- Updated SC1BLOCK11 wall textures with Crip-style graffiti

- Replaced gang peds (Families, Ballas, Vagos, etc.) with realistic models and colors

- Updated police, sheriff, and SWAT peds to resemble real-life L. A. law enforcement units

- Added L. A.-style service peds: L. A. County Lifeguards, EMTs, Paramedics, and Firefighters

Scenario & Vehicle Integration:

- Gang vehicles now spawn properly in traffic and parked locations

- Scenarios and ambient behavior fully integrated using:

- Gang peds now correctly appear inside gang vehicles in the world

Advanced AI & Combat Behavior:

- Includes combatbehaviour.meta to make gang members more tactical and aggressive

- Gangs take cover, shoot in short bursts, and behave less recklessly

- Shooting behavior is faster and more lethal — expect more violent encounters

- loadouts.meta defines realistic gang weapon loadouts
