Gameconfig for mods - game v1013.33

This is our gameconfig that improve stability when using lot of mods. Based on how many mods you will use, it can make your instable game stable again or it can just adjust time how long you can play before having a crash = it's not as powerful as Legacy gameconfig and will not allow you mass modding with thousands of mods (that seems so far impossible on Enhanced)

This gameconfig was made on game build 1013. 33, if game will update and require update of gameconfig and we will not notice that, please let us know on our Discord and we will update this gameconfig
