Increased Vehicle Deformation - Requires NVE - based off Drive V Handling

I disliked how https://www.nexusmods.com/gta5enhanced/mods/41?tab=description did their mod and just hacked something together

The problem was that the author just set fDeformationDamageMult to 2. 5x for ALL vehicles this annoyed me because:

a) w/o reducing fCollisionDamageMult vehicles were taking stupid amounts of damage in traffic

b) everything from the Kuruma (base multiplier 0. 7x) to the caddy golf cart (1. 5x base mult) up to the blimps (5. 0x base mult) now suffered the same deformation dmg, as if they were just as well built as eachother

c) 2. 5x might be "realistic" but the base game hovers between 0. 7x and 1. 5x for all vehicles, so 2. 5x is a stupid increase in total damage taken by vehicles if you don't reduce other damage sources

For now I've reduced CollisonDamage by ~20% and increased DeformationDamage by ~33%

Haven't really looked into vehicle damage calcs to check, but from playtesting it feels like the changes to total damage roughly cancel out. If they don't feel free to use this mod as a base to make your own

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS:

0. Install NaturalVision Enhanced

1. Drop the handling.meta file into your install folder

Most commonly for it's gonna be:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced\onigiri\common\data

If you use Rockstar Launcher or EGS that's a you problem

I've uploaded the python script I used to make these changes, so if you want to modify the base game handling or smth you can do it. Just execute it in the same folder as handling.meta and you'll get a "handling_modified.meta" back. Replace the original handling.meta in your onigiri / mod folder with that and have atta boy
