ABOUT THE MOD

Immersive Vehicle Entry transforms vehicle theft in GTA V Enhanced from a simple button press into a complete risk-and-reward gameplay system.

Immersive Vehicle Entry v1. 0. 0 completely overhauls the way vehicle theft works in GTA V Enhanced.

Instead of instantly entering a locked vehicle, you decide how you want to get inside.

Use a Slim Jim for a quieter approach, or smash the window if you're willing to take the risk of triggering the alarm and attracting attention.

Once a vehicle has been stolen, the consequences don't immediately disappear.

Police can issue a BOLO tied to the vehicle's licence plate. Even after escaping the initial police search, officers may identify the stolen vehicle again if they see it while the BOLO is still active.

To deal with a hot vehicle, steal a licence plate from another parked vehicle or visit the Dodgy Mechanic to purchase a false one.

Replacement plates are physical objects. You carry them in your hands, can drop and recover them, and must physically take them to the rear of the stolen vehicle to install them.

The goal is simple: make stealing a vehicle feel like an actual gameplay system rather than a single animation.

Version 1. 1. 0 is the first major feature update for Immersive Vehicle Entry, introducing a brand-new Lite Mode, a complete in-game settings menu, and much more control over how the mod behaves.

Whether you want the complete Immersive Vehicle Entry experience or simply want better vehicle break-ins without replacing GTA V's normal police and licence plate systems, v1. 1. 0 now lets you choose.

A new Lite Mode has been added for players who want the immersive vehicle break-in mechanics without the additional gameplay systems.

When Lite Mode is enabled, you keep:

  []Slim Jim entry.

  []Smash Window entry.

  []Hold-to-complete interactions.

  []Break-in animations.

  []Configurable entry timings.

  []Configurable vehicle alarm chances.

  Lite Mode disables:

    []The custom stolen vehicle BOLO system.

    []Physical licence plate stealing and replacement.

    []Reported licence plates and witness mechanics.

    []The Dodgy Mechanic.

    This allows Immersive Vehicle Entry to work as a much lighter vehicle-entry overhaul while leaving GTA V's normal wanted system intact.

    Your selected mode is saved automatically, so you do not need to configure it again every time the game starts.

    NEW IN-GAME SETTINGS MENU

    Version 1. 1. 0 introduces a complete settings menu that can be accessed without leaving the game.

    Open the menu using:

    Keyboard: F7

    Controller: LB/L1 + D-Pad Right
