3. 1 (final) is somewhat heavier on system resources, and the most beautiful version of GTA5 you'll be able to play.

2. 1 (final) is lighter on system resources, while very beautiful too. If 3. 1 is too heavy, use 2. 1.

DLSS edition added:

DLSS edition added. Removed some sharpening and some of the anti-aliasing, since they're not needed and interfere with the way the game looks when using DLSS. If you're using FSR, no need to change anything.

Grand Theft Auto V Enhanced modded in a few steps:

Install Grand Theft Auto 5 Enhanced.

2. 1.) Download & unpack this graphics mod directly into the game folder, where GTA5_Enhanced.exe is located (overwrite when asked).

2. 2. 1.) Download the latest ReShade with full add-on support (from reshade.me).

2. 2. 2.) Run Reshade, choose 'Browse' to navigate to the <game folder> and 'Open' 'GTA5_Enhanced.exe'. Click 'Next'.

2. 2. 3.) Choose DirectX 10/11/12. Click 'Next'.

2. 2. 4.) All the right shaders should already be selected for you. Click 'Next'.

2. 2. 4.) Select 'Adjust Depth by seri14'. Click 'Next'.

Rename dxgi.dll to d3d12.dll

OPTIONAL STEPS FOR EVEN BETTER GRAPHICS (and a useful trainer) WITH THIS MOD:

Download TrainerV from here.

Download NaturalVision Enhanced from here.

Unpack TrainerV's files into the GTA 5 Enhanced folder.

Unpack NaturalVision Enhanced's origiri folder and onigiri.asi + onigiri.ini into the GTA 5 Enhanced folder. Don't unpack any other files from NaturalVision Enhanced, they'll conflict.

In case you're curious what the difference is: NaturalVision Enhanced seems to mostly do color enhancements with their ReShade. What they do is actually extremely light - I guess it's a choice they made. Frankly when making my mod I also made a choice: I wanted GTA5 Enhanced with the best possible graphics while staying very optimized. Version 3. 1 in particular was designed with that goal in mind, while allowing 2. 1 to be it's lighter counterpart. So we only need the onigiri-files for what they add.

* No subfolder(s), the files should all be directly unpacked in the same folder GTA5_Enhanced.exe is located.
