A new version of the fingerless gloves that are 1:1 with the standard hands, no longer stubby & janky.

The original fingerless gloves you can only enable via trainer... are noticeably wonky, stubby, not 1:1 with Niko's standard hands, making going between the two jarring.
Fixed that. The fingerless gloved hands are identical to the standard ones.
