Realistic Population Denstiy

This is a manual re-work of the spawn numbers for each zone in the game.

Each zone's spawning numbers was only changed from 25% - 120% to prevent mass spawning of traffic and pedestrians.

I tried to keep the ratio of police -> peds the same to prevent too many cops from spawning.

I think this fills out the game world a bit better without it being overkill and preserving the core gameplay.

• []Zone spawns increased anywhere from 25% to 120%

  []Time of day determines max spawn rate (Will not have 50 peds standing around the streets at 1am)

  []Preserves the pedestrian scenarios (No window washing at 1am, no gardening in the middle of the night, etc.)

  []Busy airport! (Not many pedestrian spawn points, so the airport can only be as crowded as the game allows. Nonetheless increased, plus busy traffic)

  []Not an outrageous amount of traffic and pedestrian spawns (Just enough to liven up the world a bit)

  []Hand-crafted zone numbers keeping demographics and lore-accurate properties of each zone in mind (i.e. Beachgate is a small, affluent neighborhood, spawn numbers were kept low. Castle Gardens is a tourist destination, and is busier on the weekend. Westminster is noted as "renowned for its glamorous night life", therefore is busier in the evening and on weekends, etc.)

  Installation:

  • []Make sure you back up the files to be replaced.

    []Drag and drop the following folders into your GTAIV installation folder (The one that includes the .exe):

  -common

  That's it! If you wish to uninstall, simply replace files with your backed-up copies.
