This modpack aims to bring a more intense gameplay, while also adding features that make

Vice City feel more lived and active.

Why COMBAT?

The weapon's data for both Player and NPCs have been changed:

>To fire quicker both in cover or normal fire

>Weapons now have 9999 max ammo

>Increased magazines size (like 5 to 10 for some)

>Increased range and crosshair range (the game have less range for the crosshair,

now if you see the crosshair on a target, it means they are in range)

>Fixed the RPG near airport not reloading (this is actually a minigun in the code,

maybe will be fixed soon in a patch, for now i copied the rpg data to the minigun to behave the same)

Alongside this Mod/Tweak you will find my previous mod RADICAL TARGET that changes the crosshair (seen in demo)

And also my personal selection of small mods/fixes/scripts from other creators tweaked/balanced by me.

These mods synergize with each other and/or add new features to the game (seen in previous GTA releases)

You will find the Creator's Notes on the modpack in case you want to make adjustments

The Creator's Mods Are:

>AMBIENT FIRE INSPECTION by Prof_Farnsworth   (this will trigger Firemen to actually work if a fire is present)

>Arrest Warrant by AngryAmoeba  (Old time classic, makes the cops smarter and harder to avoid, this version is Tweaked by me)

>Bullet Penetration by Internet Rob (this version is the simplified one, now bullets can pass through cristal doors, for complete version go to creators site)

>Buy Back Your Weapons by Sergey81 (Rescued this mod with Wayback Machine, is not available anymore, on death, press W to bribe for $5000)

>Exaggerated blood by dDefinder (Needs no introduction, makes any crime scene gruesome)

>Zmenu's Hardmode and Bullet Impact Euphoria by Zolika (Increases Damage Taken by a lot, and as optional install can make player ragdoll when shot)

>Health Regeneration by HippieCommunist (A must have in modern games, VC lacked that, this fixed it... Tweaked)

>Higher Quality Weapon Pack by arex89 akilluminati47 RONALDMCDONLD (one of the first mods from the VCNG Community, awesome work guys)

>RADICAL TARGET/COMBAT by Saibot (Bleh)

>Silence! by InfamousSabreBullet (For Stealth Purposes, Press Q to equip silencer, this works well with VCNG Gun Sounds...

Sadly there is no animation to equip it, but it reduces the state of alert both from peds and cops -works well with Arrest Warrant)

since the latter loads a secondary sound for the ''main gun sounds'' and the primary sounds (OG) for the ''supressed ones''...

Meaning the heavier sounds will be loaded when a not suppressed gun fires, doubling the sounds available for npcs and player)

Installation:

Just drop the contents of the Modpack inside your Main Installation Folder (GTAIV.exe location)

Scripthook is included , but you will need an Asi loader too (normally VCNG comes with one)

The Creator's notes are included in case you want to tweak or learn more about the mod.

Optional folder with Bullet Time Euphoria for those who want a Hardcore experience, personally not my taste xD but is good to have options
