Niko's Beta Head and Hair Textures

Simply just overhauls Niko's head and hair textures with the beta textures that are used in EFLC. It's surprising in the first place that this assumed oversight occurred in the first place and most especially that this doesn't seem to be known about in a marginal capacity. Special thanks to GoldenSaddle for pointing it out on the GTA IV Modding Discord server as without their input, I wouldn't have thought to do this at all.

To install the mod; all you need to is open your playerped.rpf file in the following directory, "...\Grand Theft Auto IV\GTAIV\\pc\models\cdimages," and copy/paste the provided files into there. You can do that via the help of OpenIV or SparkIV.
