PLEASE READ THIS PART

to install, put the taskparams.txt in GTA IV/pc/data/game.rpf/data and just in case it crashes for you, then press shift + ctrl + r to defrag it.

also, don't remove the original taskparams; instead, drag the modded taskparams and when it says "encrypted;compromised" that means its loaded.
