Insultifying's action movie Euphoria mod

The vanilla Euphoria physics in GTA IV are perfectly serviceable, but there is always room for improvement, and my mod aims to do just that!

My mod tweaks the Euphoria physics values to create a ragdoll that's straight out of die hard!

to install the mod, simply go to your game directory, and navigate to pc\data\game.rpf\data and place the modified taskparams files into it, and viola! you can go on a rampage knowing that your ragdoll is more reactive than ever!
