📋 About This Mod
Heavily edits the amount of cars and peds on roads and HEAVILY edited cars.
What this mod does:

[]An Edited Popcycle.dat from the 2008 "Max Peds and Vehicles" mod.

]A Heavily Edited Handling.dat that I did myself.

[]Changed the Aerodynamic Efficiency of every vehicle to 0. 1 (C, or Drag).
[
]Changed the "Tg" or Gears of Every Vehicle to 1 instead of 5 to 7.[]Increased the "Tf" or Acceleration Power by 10x (E. G Packer = Tf of 0. 10, This mod increases it to 1. 00).
[]Changed the "Tb" or Braking Power of every car from 0. 50-0. 65 to 0. 01.
Step 1: Put the Handling.dat and Popcycle.dat into the GTAIV/Common/Data folder and that's it!
